Pizza rosso with 2 tomatoes

Discover the flavors of summer with this simple tomato-based recipe. A real treat !

Ingredients

At Oliviers&Co
2 cases. summer oil
Organic pizza & pasta salsa
Organic red pesto
Semi-dried cherry tomatoes

At the market
250 g of bread dough
2 slices of white ham with herbs, cut into strips
50 g grated parmesan
100 g cherry tomatoes
2 tsp oregano
6 to 8 basil leaves
1 buffalo burrata (optional)

Steps

Preheat the oven to 240°C.

Roll out the bread dough thinly with a rolling pin on a floured work surface.

Cover it with tomato sauce, sprinkle with ham and grated parmesan.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and distribute them over the pizza and sprinkle with oregano.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

When serving, decorate with a few semi-dried cherry tomatoes, a few touches of pesto rosso and basil leaves. You can place the burrata cut in half on the pizza.

Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
