
Oven-roasted asparagus
Fresh asparagus, oven-roasted with a little Parmesan for a delicious treat. A perfect, easy-to-make dish.

Organic Lime Olive Oil 250ml
Fleur de sel from the Ebro Delta
At the market
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 bunch of thin asparagus, trimmed
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
A little cilantro, chopped
Steps
Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
Place the fresh asparagus in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat well. Add the Parmesan cheese and garlic, and season with salt to taste.
Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until tender, about 12 to 15 minutes, depending on their thickness.
Just before serving, drizzle with lemon juice and a little olive oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cilantro.
