PARMESAN, COMTÉ & FIG CHUTNEY TILES
An ideal recipe to accompany your festive meals, and in particular this brilliant starter enhanced with Italian olive oil.

Italian olive oil
At the market
1 jar of fig chutney
85g parmesan
55g Comté, cut into strips
Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, sprinkle a tbsp. parmesan. Spread a little using a spoon to cover a circle of approximately 6cm. Do the same with the rest of the parmesan.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until they are nicely browned.
Take them out of the oven, carefully peel them off and immediately place them on a rolling pin so that they get the desired curved shape. Let them cool.
Distribute a tsp. of fig chutney on the tiles, add a few strips of Comté cheese on each of them. Add a few drops of olive oil and serve.
