1/2 cup apple vinegar

8 Granny Smith apples
1/2 lemon, squeezed
3.5 cups of sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Steps
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into fine, regular cubes.
Combine apples, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Stir for about 45 minutes until the fruit is soft.
Fill jars and serve immediately.
