2 cases. olive oil with lemon
1 tsp salt & herb mix for fish

Seasonal vegetables
Fish fillet
Steps
Place the fish on a sheet of parchment paper. Add your favorite seasonal vegetables.
Sprinkle a little salt & herbs.
Drizzle with lemon olive oil and ginger & honey vinegar.
Fold the baking paper, tie the ends and bake at 205°C.
