Grilled feta & green tomato salad
A tasty, fresh salad to share with friends and family. Once grilled, the feta becomes incredibly creamy and blends perfectly with the green tomato salad.

Organic olive & lime oil
1 tsp Modena silver balsamic vinegar
Olives with oregano
Camargue salt
Pepper

6 green tomatoes
1 cucumber
6 slices feta cheese
Lemon juice
Steps
Preheat oven grill to 220°C.
Slice the tomatoes and cut the cucumber into small sticks without removing the skin.
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with the olive & lime oil and a pinch of salt.
Place the feta slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive & lime oil and place under the grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
Divide the tomatoes and cucumbers between 6 plates. Place a slice of grilled feta cheese on top.
Drizzle with a little sauce, add a few drops of balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with oregano, scatter a few olives on top, add pepper and serve immediately.
