POILÂNE BREAD TOASTS WITH GOAT GOAT

A sweet and sour recipe with goat cheese and fig, perfect for your fall starters!

Ingredients

At Oliviers&Co

20cl olive & basil oil

6.5cl of sweet balsamic vinegar with fig

12 tsp fig & melon jam

At the market

125g of arugula

6 slices of Poilâne bread

1 log of goat cheese

4 handfuls of crushed walnuts

Steps

Rinse then squeeze out the arugula. Arrange it on plates.

In a small container, mix the fig balsamic with the olive oil.

Toast the bread slices then cut them in half diagonally.

Cut the goat cheese log into rounds.

Cover each piece of bread with 1 tsp. fig & melon jam then add a slice of goat cheese.

Arrange the toasts on the arugula. Sprinkle with crushed nuts then drizzle with the fig balsamic preparation and olive oil & basil.
