OVEN ROASTED ASPARAGUS

Freshly picked and oven roasted asparagus for any meal.

Ingredients

3 tbsp. daily extra virgin olive oil

Camargue salt

Vegetable olive oil

Black pepper

At the market

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 bunch of fine asparagus, trimmed

1 1/2 tbsp. parmesan, grated

1 clove of garlic, minced

Steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Place the fresh asparagus in a bowl and drizzle with the daily olive oil. Toss to coat the asparagus, then add the Parmesan, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the asparagus in a single row on a baking sheet. Bake until tender, about 12 to 15 minutes, depending on their thickness.

Drizzle with lemon juice and vegetable olive oil just before serving. Add fresh parmesan to taste.
