A recipe for wok shrimp and vegetables seasoned with lemon and ginger
Ingredients
Shell the shrimp, hull and slice the peppers and zucchini. Heat the ginger & lemon olive oil in a large wok, sear the peppers in the smoking oil. Stir and when they are slightly colored, add the shrimp. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring, then add the sliced zucchini, the spice mixture and the basil leaves. Cook for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring. Salt, pepper, mix and enjoy immediately with a bowl of rice.

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 small zucchini
1 bunch of basil
5 tbsp of specialty olive and ginger & lemon
1 tbsp salt and pepper spice mix
