This super easy and delicious pasta recipe can be made in minutes with just a few ready-made ingredients. A basic recipe full of flavor!

1 cup of La Classique olive oil

Olive oil & garlic

At the market


1 head of garlic

4 peppers

Parmesan cheese


Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Cut a head of garlic in half and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 45 minutes. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves from the garlic head into a cup of olive oil. Reserve.

Bring salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions.

In a frying pan, add the entire contents of the cup of olive oil. Cook over medium heat.

Cut the peppers into thin slices, removing the seeds. Add them to the oil with salt and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Drain the spaghetti, add them to the oil and mix.

Transfer to a plate and garnish with parmesan. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil & garlic and serve.
