A recipe for tapenade puff pastry, ideal for an aperitif!
Ingredients

1 jar of black tapenade
20cl of French olive oil
Black pepper
At the market
1 puff pastry
1 fresh goat’s cheese
Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Unroll the dough, spread the tapenade over the entire surface. Fold it in half, then cut strips with a pizza wheel.
Place them gradually on a sheet of baking paper placed on a baking tray and bake in the oven for around 10 minutes.
Drizzle the goat cheese spread with a drizzle of olive oil and pepper. Serve in a small bowl next to the puff pastry.
