A quick, fresh and tasty dessert made with fruit and golden Tortas with aniseed.
Ingredients

4 Tortas with aniseed
2 tbsp summer oil
1 tbsp lemon vinegar sweetness
At the market
12 apricots
24 mirabelle plums
1 tbsp honey
Steps
Pit the fruit and cut into 2 or 4 pieces.
In a frying pan, gently heat the olive oil with the honey and deglaze with 1 tbsp. of lemon vinegar sweetness.
Add the fruit and roast on both sides.
Divide between 4 bowls and add the crumbled Tortas.
Serve warm with a scoop (or two) of vanilla ice cream.
